Shoulder Burning Moves- Weights
Switching gears a little bit with a few of my favorite shoulder burning moves!
Shoulder Presses with Loaded Bar
5 sets 5-8 Reps
Arnold Presses
5 sets 8-10 Reps
Front Raises x Band Stretches
4 sets 10 reps of Front Raises and 10 reps of Band Stretches
Side Raises with Cable
4 sets 10-12 Reps
I like to use heavier weights for the bigger lifts (Shoulder Press) and then lighter weights and higher reps for the secondary lifts which just burns out the shoulders.
Feel that burn and build stronger shoulders! But don't forget to stretch out!
