Favorite Traveling Pose

It's difficult sometimes to maintain your Yoga practice while traveling. For me, I tend to need more chest openers when I travel because it's easy to hunch over when I am on plane rides or bus ride for day trips.

My favorite pose to do to awaken the body and also receive some heart opening benefit is this hollow back handstand on the wall (or without the wall if you can balance without!). Your aim is to place your butt onto the wall and your chest away from the wall. The closer you are to the wall, the easier it is.

I am still working on mine plus am particularly tight today! Remember, honor your body and realize that it can be different everyday. Accept what you can do today and move on.

You can literally do this anywhere, even at archaeological sites!
